JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Handler / Commercial Lines Insurance / Account Manager - Insurance

As a Commercial Account Handler, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing policy renewals, including re-marketing, midterm adjustments, and ongoing policy administration.
  • Providing client service advice, including risk management insights, market intelligence, and broking findings.
  • Marketing and managing new business inquiries, along with necessary administration.
  • Overseeing the administration of Commercial Lines claims.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Account Handler / Commercial Lines Insurance / Account Manager - Insurance

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector, particularly in Commercial Business insurance, with a solid understanding of FCA guidelines.
  • Ideally, you will have completed IF1/FIT or equivalent qualifications; however, we are willing to cover reasonable costs for completion during the probationary period if needed.
  • Experience in a regulated environment or compliance-related roles.
