**About the Role**:
**Position**: Customer Service Administrator
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You'll work closely with our team of eight, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and managing communication with warehouses and suppliers.
**Location**: Global Head Office - Basingstoke
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, On-Site
**Hours**: 35 hours per week
**Salary**: £25,500.00-£26,500.00 per year

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**: Accurately process customer orders and monitor their status, updating customers on any changes.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer issues, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and maintain accurate customer records.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance our customer service processes and contribute to our overall customer satisfaction.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in customer service, order processing, or a similar role.
- **IT Competency**:Comfortable using various computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- **Excellent Communication**: You're a natural communicator who can build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- **Organised & Efficient**: You're detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
