Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience, handling inbound calls, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, ensuring a seamless experience during critical moments.
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
- Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and supporting families during bereavements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Participate in comprehensive training to develop skills and knowledge in financial services.
- No weekend working.
