Overview
We are excited to present an opportunity for you to become a part of our team as a Customer Service Associate. Compensation: £11.50 per hour
Employment Type: Fixed term for 1 year
Work Schedule: This position is hourly paid and fixed term. While we strive to provide a consistent work schedule, flexibility is essential as adjustments may be necessary to meet the operational needs of the organization. We will provide as much notice as possible regarding any changes. Your primary working days will include weekends and public holidays.
Work Environment
As a member of our team, you will report to the Retail Manager and collaborate with a friendly group of colleagues and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and provide guidance on their purchases. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries
- Creating attractive displays within the shop
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop floor
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and eager to expand their knowledge of the retail industry.
