**Job Purpose**:
**To provide students/ service users with independent, relevant and specialist advice, representation and case work support on a variety of academic and welfare matters.**

**What you’ll be doing**

**Job Background**:
The key duties of this role encompass raising awareness of the Independent Education and Welfare Service through various activities such as attending induction events, delivering tailored presentations and offering the highest standards of customer care to students. You will also be involved in the development of academic advice and welfare policies and procedures, staying informed about national and local developments. You will play a pivotal role in offering general support to students and representing Students’ Association at meetings/events. It requires a flexible approach to work and adherence to relevant policies, procedures and standards.
