The business in hand has continued to grow and are a stockist of fastener and M.R.O (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) products suitable for various sectors including; Sheet metal, Construction, Medical, Transport, Energy & other General Engineering environments.**The role involves**:

- Providing Customers with solutions to their Fastener and allied Consumable type product requirements.
- Selling the companies goods and services through digital communications.
- Checking in the warehouse for stock of products.
- You will be making calls to potential customers, demonstrating the product’s features, taking orders, processing payments, and informing the customers of the delivery details.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Building relationships with new customers and closing sales opportunities successfully.

**Person specifications**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience of fastener industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of engineering products for general engineering purposes is beneficial.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
