- As Content Creator, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work collaboratively with our Creative Director, Events Manager and wider team and to bring our brand to life on our social and digital platforms._

**What you’ll be doing**:
- As a key part of our end-to-end customer experience, you’ll help manage all social media channels, campaigns and content outlets to promote OutsideIn and build an engaging audience experience._
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Manage the social media accounts including creating and scheduling content for our social media platforms (Currently, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn).
- Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for product launches, Christmas markets, summer events, production process, giving journey and our Giving Partners.
- Create and self-edit content for social platforms and website.
- Support management with social media reports.
- Keeping up to date with social media trends and industry news, and reporting back suggestions and opportunities for growth to wider business.
- Create and lead powerful story through social media channels, bringing the brand to life through socials and sharing our story, purpose and products in platform-specific content.
**What you’re like**:
- To be successful, you’ll have proven experience in a similar role - demonstrating a clear ability to grow social channels, build engagement and storytell across multiple platforms.
- You do everything with excellence, holding yourself and your fellow teammates to a high standard of work. You bring your best no matter what task is at hand.
- A love and curiosity for all things social media,accompanied by a strong awareness of competitor activity and emerging social media trends.
- You are a great team player and collaborator.
- You are proactive and growth-minded, eager to tackle challenges.
- You have a proven track record of driving engagement, reach and conversions across multiple social media platforms.
- Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video editing software.
- Impeccable organisational skills, as well as the ability to keep projects moving while meeting deadlines.
