**Requirements & Responsibilities**

The primary focus for this role is to assist in growing our Instagram and TikTok presence and co-ordinating content and to ensure that the Dylan Oaks presence is felt.
- You will be expected to organise and manage TikTok and Instagram content.
- You must have a passion for social media, short form videos and content creation through narrative-driven video content & be adept at creating compelling stories that emotionally captivate an audience. By telling stories across social channels, you should be confident at designing video storyboards based on brand campaigns and usp’s.
- You will be responsible for collating content.
- You will be responsible for strategising and reviewing content.
- You will be expected to be able to plan, work with and be responsible for each video posted.
- You will have creative flair, and be able to come up with new innovative ideas each week.
- You will also be able to prepare marketing reports on how well the account is doing and report back what our competitors are doing.
- You will be confident in contacting new talent to create content for both platforms.
- You will be assisting where need be to cover other social team members when they are out of office etc.
- Ability to do graphics on video overlay desired however not essential.
- You will actively spend time on TikTok and Instagram and therefore have the ability to identify trends and influential TikTokers, Instagram talent and other creators.
- Be confident in your creative capacity and open to learning and constantly evaluating performance.
- Ability to work seamlessly across multiple platforms inc TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- A creative eye with outstanding attention to detail must come naturally to you.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ year in a creative role or experience creating content for a personal social media account or brand content (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine love and passion for social media.
- An exceptional knowledge and interest in social trends.
- Portfolio of work that showcases diversity and range of creative thinking and execution.
- Extensive experience and familiarity in using TikTok and Instagram.
- A flexible, hard working and motivated individual.
- Organised and excellent at prioritising workload to ensure goals are met.
