Your new company Hays are representing an award-winning marketing agency to recruit a Social Media Executive in Belfast.
Your new role As Social Media Executive, you will implement social media marketing for a range of clients and the company, gaining experience in a fast-paced environment.
You will support various teams with paid ads, social media management, content creation and digital marketing will be responsible for: Collaborate with the social media team to plan and implement social media campaigns.
Supporting the creation and publishing of content on a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Tracking and analysing social media performance metrics using Google Analytics/Hootsuite to report on key metrics and suggest improvements.
Stay abreast with the latest social trends and updates.
Create ideas for content and campaigns that capitalise on current trends.
Share creative vision by proposing new content ideas, social media strategies, and unique ways to engage our client's audience Be the voice of the brand by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring meaningful interactions with the community.
Enhance your skills by participating in training and development programs.
Provide administrative support to the team.
What you'll need to succeed Degree in Digital Marketing or a Social Media Apprenticeship with examples of relevant work 2+ years of industry experience with relevant work examples Relevant industry certifications would be advantageous, particularly Meta Ads Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
Familiarity with major social media platforms.
Creative and detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Eager to learn and adapt.
Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
