Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic IT knowledge to navigate computerized systems efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and files.
- Familiarity with Sage or other CRM software is a plus.
