My client is a family owned innovative and cost-effective Engineering company to the large-scale UK contracts across multiple industries, throughout the UK.

Managing engineered contracts nationally for clients bespoke manufactured products and installation.

As a key client Sales Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all quotations for contracts, finance admin, purchase orders and ensure internal sales database systems are updated accurately.

You will need to enjoy a busy role with lots of various administrative processes, part of the role involves costing job sheets, materials to agreed client rates and margins, invoicing designated clients to set timescales.

Accuracy is key for the sales administrator role as you must ensure all invoices are received are correctly calculated. In time to be paid.

You will also provide regular contact with customers follwoing up quotation requests.

A super opportunity for someone that loves working under pressure in a varied role, you will be able to build relationships with ease and have excellent attention to detail.

As the sales administrator you will manage invoicing for customers, provide quotations and pricing for the engineer teams and update internal systens - so this is a super varied role so I need you to really enjoy managing you own workload and other deparments expectations.
