Do you want to develop your sales support administration & account management skills in a company with a fantastic product industry experience?

It’s a new position for someone to make their own and develop with the business.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic account manager or merchandiser within a busy supply chain environment and soft business development skills to join their fun, commercial team.

On offer is a great salary - this role would suit someone with a strong customer service account management background with a customer lead sales ability both face to face and on the telephone. Maybe you are looking for more of a client development role.

Working in a very busy & friendly amazing open office environment, this is a superb opportunity for someone looking for a challenging career opportunity.

You will be required to manage your time efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment and engage with the existing team whilst delivering a professional approach with suppliers.

Ensuring the daily completion of a variety of complex sales orders, provide quotations, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers for samples.

Monitoring stock levels.

You will be responsible for updating all the sample and purchase orders on the bespoke in-house software.
- Ensure all samples can be assessed to despatch to clients.
- Arrange for samples to be sent to suppliers.
- Assist in compiling the product brief and in range selection for clients.
- Set-up, manage and follow through all quotations and sales order administration onto systems to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

This opportunity would ideally suit someone that can work autonomously, has good communication and organisation skills, a brilliant positive energy and wanting to progress with a super brand.

Managing samples/artwork sent to customers for review of products.

The role brings other internal support if needed within the customer service and quality teams.

This is not a hard sell role and very much driven by customer service and relationship building.

There are great routes for progression and training/ study support within this expanding company, and they're looking for a someone who wants to develop within the business.
