Bradford, United Kingdom Rotor Technical Services Ltd Full time

Rotor Technical Services Ltd is a well established electrical/mechanical engineering company based in Low Moor Bradford. Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit an Apprentice Sales Administrator to join our busy team to work:

- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

**Duties To Include**:

- Dealing with suppliers; Sourcing & ordering of new parts & components
- Administration of work related paperwork & systems (use of Sage, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint & CRM system)
- Provide & follow up formal quotations
- Raising & processing of purchase orders
- Dealing with customer sales enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Checking goods against despatch notes & sales orders
- Communicating with existing customers & keeping them updated with progress of orders
- Assisting in day to day admin of the office team

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Experience within an office environment would be advantageous but not essential, as training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral
- Confidence liaising with customers
- Competent numerical & IT skills, experience with Microsoft/Sage packages
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a team
- The ability to manage time & have effective organisational skills
- Enthusiasm & self motivation

**Job Types**: Apprenticeship, Full-time

**Salary**: £5.28-£7.49 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
