**A bit about the role**
- With a variety of reasons for starting and/or ending their Pure journey, this is your opportunity to support or salvage our relationship and find a solution to suit the customers changing requirements._
- Customers may contact our team to organise the cancellation of their plan, change their dogs diet or simply ask for advice regarding their feeding regime. Here, we gain valued feedback on our customer's requirements which aid in how we grow and develop as a business. There is a range of ways in which we can further support our customers and here is where you will have your chance to shine_

**A bit about you**
- You should be an excellent communicator with both our customers and internal teams. Communication is key and we are an open and honest department ensuring complete transparency with our customers and colleagues._
- You should be competent with numeracy and literacy, clear and concise, ensuring the customer is fully equipped moving forward._
- You should be a good problem solver, getting to the route cause of the issue and ensuring a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs._
- You should be target driven and comfortable with KPIs. A proven track record of achieving/exceeding previous targets is a must._
