A substantive opportunity has arisen for an Antenatal and New-born (ANNB) Screening Administrator to join our Multi-Professional Screening Team giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and develop existing skills.
- Assist the ANNB Failsafe Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support for the ANNB screening programmes
- Maintain an accurate screening failsafe database
- Provide cross site cover as required - this is done remotely
- Provide cover for the ANNB Failsafe officer in their absence and other duties as required.

The applicant should have good IT skills and attention to detail which is required to accurately transcribe data and manage the screening failsafe database (excel spread sheet). Working as part of the Screening Team is a highly rewarding job, meeting new people on a day-to-day basis.

You will be required to liaise closely with the ANNB Failsafe officer and lead midwives in the screening team.

You will be required to make appointments and liaise with the multi-disciplinary teams as required.

You will support the smooth administration of the ANNB Screening programmes.

You will have the capability to collate and send data to the multi-disciplinary team and escalate abnormal results/findings/missing appointments as necessary.

You will be required to add documents/reports to Cerner (Icare-the electronic patient record) and provide cross site cover as required.

To assist the ANNB Failsafe officer and to provide comprehensive administrative support for the 6 ANNB screening programmes. Maintain an accurate database. To provide cover for the ANNB Failsafe officer in their absence and other duties as required.
