Administrator - Service Department

_**The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with prospects for further employment following this.**_
- **The role involves, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities**:_
- Providing service estimates and quotes to end users and distributors.
- Using our stocking and CRM system to raise and monitor all service orders and despatching them when complete.
- Managing provision of service contracts.
- Keeping warranty / returns / gratuity logs up to date with service input.
- Providing travel / subsistence quotations for out-sourced installations and service work, plus associated order entry.
- Managing the service visit paperwork and record service / installation reports in CRM database.
- Assist in the managing of the service warehouse stock and minimum stock levels with periodic inventories and liaise with the factory for replenishments.
- Have GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English and IT.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be flexible, able to adjust to changing priorities and tight deadlines and thrive in a busy and challenging environment.
- Experience in SAP, Salesforce or Quotewerks is desirable, but not essential.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
