Legal Services Administrator

This Legal Services Administrator position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with our prestigious client in Bridgend, supporting their Residential Conveyancing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administration and coordination support to ensure the successful delivery of residential conveyancing services.
Your key duties will include:
- Day-to-day interaction with clients, agents, and solicitors.
- Taking client instructions, verifying ID, and checking sources of funds.
- Preparation of draft documents and issuance of sales contracts.
- Requesting mortgage redemption figures.
- Ordering searches, drafting transfer deeds, and handling contract exchanges on sales and purchases.
- Ordering mortgage advances, conducting pre-completion searches, and setting up completions.
- Ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), client care, and compliance procedures.
- Providing support to conveyancing solicitors to facilitate efficient operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the legal sector.
- Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Able to use Microsoft Office packages proficiently.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
