**About the Team**

We are seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our award-winning Front of House team the high Summer season. The Roman Baths welcomes around 1 million visitors, and we are passionate about providing engaging experiences that bring family and friends together to create memories that will last a lifetime.

This is an ideal opportunity to join our team with varying contract options, working in a busy, enjoyable, unique historical environment.

**About the Role**

Duties include welcoming and engaging with our visitors, managing visitor entry, selling tickets and guidebooks, issuing and collecting audio guides, patrolling the site, security invigilation and giving guided tours.

**About You**

Applicants must have a good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation, a very friendly manner and excellent customer care and communication skills. Experience of operating tills is essential and the ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage. Experience of working in a visitor attraction or museum would be helpful as would an interest in history.

Full training and a uniform will be provided.
