Noah's Ark Zoo Farm are looking to recruit a friendly, motivated individual to join our Visitor Operations team as a Park Ranger on a Seasonal basis.


You will thrive in a busy, customer-facing team and help with the day to day running of our award-winning zoo.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responding to questions.
  • Keeping play areas clean, safe, and wellmaintained.
  • Keeping the site clean and tidy.
  • General janitorial duties.
  • Working in our ticket office on a regular basis.
We are looking for individuals that have a flair for providing outstanding customer service. You will be enthusiastic and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

About you:

  • You will be friendly, outgoing, and charismatic individual that enjoys working outside with members of the public.
  • Experience of customer service in leisure, hospitality or retail.
  • You will have high cleaning standards.
  • Good team player with a flexible cando attitude.
  • A full current manual driving licence.

Work pattern:


This role is Seasonal, working - 5 days per week, including some weekend work, must be willing to fit into the existing staff rota.

From July - 1st week of September 2024. Working hours - 8am - 5pm.
