A well established and reputable organisation based on the outskirts of Crawley is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their team. Providing support to the Product Managers and Sales Team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Administering and maintaining contract data for the product department
- Confirming hotel bookings
- Compiling and maintaining pricing spreadsheets drawn from contracts
- Liaising with accounts and operations teams to resolve any invoicing, pricing, and contract discrepancies

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous travel industry experience, or someone who is looking to take their first steps into travel. If you can comfortably plan, prioritise, and organise your workload, and have excellent interpersonal skills,we would love to hear from you

Please note that due to location it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
