**Communications Coordinator / Administrator**

Role Summary

The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Team.

The postholder will help arrange company events like their monthly All Staff meeting, Annual Away Day, Lunch and Learns and external events. This will include diary management, chasing people for updates, editing and formatting slide packs, note taking and uploading recordings to intranet or website.

The role will also work across the team to ensure that queries that come into our internal and external inboxes are managed in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and coordinate responses for our enquiries inbox - Internally and externally facing
- Assist the team in organising and delivering various events including invitations, logistics, scribing and venue liaison
- Maintain the communications content calendars
- Compile weekly internal newsletter
- Update company intranet pages and publish articles
- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the Communications and Engagement team, such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of SRM system including uploading insights, meetings and customer information

Skills and experience
- At least 1 year experience in a Communications Assistant/Coordinator, Team/Event Coordination, Office Management or PA roles
- Excellent IT Skills including Office 365 and SharePoint
- Influencing and motivating team to complete wider team goals
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to adapt to be flexible in their approach across various tasks
- A proven track record of providing support and building strong working relationships internally and externally, at all levels
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proven record of event planning
