**About the Agency**
As an account executive in our high value home insurance team, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the South Cotswolds Agency to join our growing team.

**About the role**:
You will start your career at NFU Mutual South Cotswolds Agency by gaining your licensing in our Motor and Personal products embedding these before gaining your Bespoke insurance product license, our advised home insurance product specifically for clients with contents in excess of £150,000. You will be supported through this journey to develop your sales and customer service skills whilst taking inbound calls from customers and completing changes and new business quotes. You will also cross-sell other products to customers, including introducing our Financial Services offerings which are delivered by a dedicated Financial Adviser. You will have a Personal Development Plan to ensure you are performing in line with the agency’s expectation, but this will be adapted to a pace and style that suits you.

- A confident & effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- A problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team with a positive can-do attitude.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).
- The ability and desire to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
