All they are asking for is that you can demonstrate a commitment to finance; whether that be through 6-12 months’ accounts experience or from studying your AAT Qualification.

Providing you have this, they will do the rest You will work closely with a Senior Accountant who will train you on the day to day responsibilities, building your experience in transactional accounting in line with your studies.

You’ll have regular appraisals; this isn’t a company that will check in on your development once a year in an annual review; the door is always open for you to voice where you feel you need additional training or support.
