Temp ongoing contract - pay rate of £11.06 - 35hrs per week

**Main responsibilities**:
Act as a professional first point of contact for prospective students as part of the Marketing and Communications Team, providing exemplary customer-service and ensuring that a positive and friendly first impression of the institution is given
Ensure that all responses are accurate, timeous, and tailored to the individual enquirer
Ensure working knowledge of University policies
Assist in maintaining and developing the knowledge base used for managing enquiries. This will include reviewing and developing standard responses, templates and key information
Work closely with the selection and recruitment teams, where relevant, to ensure more complex enquiries can be responded to in a timely manner
Identify leads and triage where appropriate to allow further engagement with the recruitment team, student ambassadors or academic colleagues
Build rapport with enquirers, maximising progression and conversion opportunities, to encourage registrations
Proactively promote the Faculty's portfolio of scholarships to relevant applicants
Support Faculty led events (both in person and online)
Record activity to communicate progress using agreed processes and procedures
Compile statistics and monitor progress towards customer service goals
Continuously develop, improve and comply with standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
