**We are now hiring Customer Service Representative for our busy automotive client based in Newbury. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position.**

**Schedule**:

- 08:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Thursday
- 08:30am to 13:00pm Friday

**Pay**:

- Circa £33,000 per annum

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Entry of orders onto the order management system.
- Confirming orders and keeping customers informed of progress as appropriate.
- Liaise closely with Planning to ensure customer orders are prioritised and progressed appropriately
- Proactively inform customers of order / shipment discrepancies.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to constantly improve information flow.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer profiles.
- Work with other members of the Supply Chain function to identify issues, propose solutions and take part in projects to improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to GCSE level - 4 grades C or above including English and Maths
- European language skills are advantageous.
- Good working knowledge and experience of using Order management systems.
- Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working.
- Competent IT Skills.
- Inter-personal skills including excellent communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Knowledge of a Customer Service environment ideally within Automotive.
- Self motivated.
- Flexible approach to work.
