With You have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Systems Support Officer to join us, who will be part of our growing Transformation team. Reporting into the Lead Systems Administrator, you’ll join the organisation at a pivotal time. Your role will support the delivery of organisational transformation by maintaining the documentation of all software, completion of updates and carrying out the necessary day to day work on software. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- To organise, record and chase outstanding documentation of Software and Systems
- Carry out system tidy up and improvement work on a range of systems in use within the organisation
- Supporting process mapping and learning to carry out mapping, as well as collating information on systems and assisting if there is a gap (e.g. in process or security) that needs to be addressed
- Carrying out a range of small projects or parts of projects as required
- Ensure system processes are well documented and available for the support helpdesk to use to respond to queries.
- Support the administration of systems and learn to take on the ownership of certain software

As part of this role, it is essential that you develop a deep understanding of With You and what we want to achieve, using this knowledge to understand any blockers and the possibilities there are for effecting a transformation in our systems so they seamlessly support our work.

We are looking for a self-starter, who can demonstrate a logical and systematic approach to tasks, with a keenness to learn and gain knowledge. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. We are looking for an exceptional communicator, who is confident in building meaningful working relationships and can collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
