System Support Assistant

Key areas of responsibility:
- Understand the design, function and installation of all products supplied by the company to be able to provide technical support and advice when requested.
- To provide telephone support to customers for technical issues beyond the basic levels that can be provided by the internal or external sales teams.
- Answering calls and creating tickets on the ticketing system with details of the issues.
- Commissioning Android based devices using the tools and guidelines
- Coordinate with sales team members and stock management
- Log sales or repairs entries in the CRM system
- Maintaining working relationships with clients
- Maintain and improve the product data sheet information, help create installation guides and work with the Marketing team to promote better understanding of our products.
Essential skills and experience:
- 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally technical support experience
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn, understand products and solutions as well as convey value propositions
- Quick thinker with strong multi-tasking capability
- Ability to see things from others’ perspective and support prospects in their journey
- Familiarity with technology tools such as API, Website wireframes, CRM, Android
Full product training will be provided.
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- UK full driving license (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
