  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve planned sales goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
