**At Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield due to our client’s preference we are recruiting for **FEMALE** empathetic and professional Children’s Care and Support Workers.**

**It would be very beneficial if you hold a UK driving Licence and have the use of a vehicle as our clients enjoy accessing the community.**

This role is very rewarding where you will be providing support to children & young adults who live within the community of Rotherham & Sheffield. You will be supporting and enabling your specific client’s independence to achieve their desired aspirations.

Our clients have varied disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, sensory impairments mental health needs and complex health conditions.

As a Children’s Care and Support Worker you will be supporting your own specific clients with their varied needs following their person-centred care plans and risk assessments.

You don’t necessarily require any experience in this area as you will be fully trained before supporting your clients and throughout your role.

As a Children’s Care and Support Worker for Caremark you will need to be **reliable, punctual** and t**rustworthy** and able to **communicate effectively.**

We support our clients within their own homes in the community with their personal care and mobility needs. Administering their prescribed medications and supporting with their nutrition and hydration needs. We also support our clients to access school and college. We support them throughout the day at school/college to enable them to gain an education.

Our clients also enjoy being supported to access the community to undertake activities of their choice so they can live a fulfilled life and gain independent living skills. This may include activities such as:

- Jump and visiting parks
- Cinema trips
- Seaside visits
- Shopping
- Going out for meals
- social activities
- Swimming
- Companionship

**We believe at Caremark that all our Care and Support Workers should receive a healthy work life balance.**

**Your working hours need to remain the same throughout your employment to ensure our clients receive consistent support from the same Care and Support Workers.**

T**he support we provide are BLOCK HOURS which are varied times from 4 hours up to 12 hours at any one time.**

**You will be working on a TWO-WEEK rolling rota which includes working Saturday & Sunday every other week.**
