**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised support to children, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion within the community.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community organisations to create a network of support for each child.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Some of these activities will be going to the local park, swimming, public transport, youth and after school clubs, shopping and play areas.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents/guardians to ensure a holistic approach to care.

**Team Player**: Strong collaborative skills to work closely with community members, colleagues, and other professionals. Our Children’s Support Workers need to be reliable and maintain punctuality throughout the role.

**Adaptability**: The ability to tailor support to meet the unique needs of each child.

**You will be required to follow an alternate weekend rota. Shift times for this role depend on the clients needs which are from 4-12 hours long at any one time during the day/evening.**

**Our children’s Support Workers are trained specifically for each individual client. You will be supporting your own regular clients on a two-week rolling rota.**

We are not currently offering new staff certificate of sponsorship.
