**About the Role**

Duties will include:

- Dealing with telephone enquiries, taking messages and alerting Social Work staff
- Monitoring generic mailboxes and picking up tasks
- Preparing documents using Microsoft Word
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Creating and uploading documents to our bespoke database Liquid Logic (training will be provided)

**About You**

We would like applicants to have excellent IT and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach with an ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines. You will need excellent customer service and call handling skills and have an understanding of working in a confidential office environment. The nature of the work is handling highly sensitive information which can sometimes be distressing so resilience is also key to this role.
