Furndeco Limited are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual who wants to be part of our journey as a Customer Success Advisor.
You would be dealing with all aspects of customer enquiries and orders. This is a crucial role for the business and comes at an exciting time as the team continues to grow quickly. You will be working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment dealing with customers of all types working to strict deadlines. You will need to remain calm and professional in all situations to succeed in this role.
Key attributes required to be successful in this role:
- Have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment
- Display an excellent level of attention to detail
- Be confident in telephone conversations and dealing with issues quickly
- Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Be committed to manage time in an effective manner so that all work is completed by specified deadlines
- Be a motivated and positive team player
- Have excellent IT skills
Some of the key requirements are:
- Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and communicated back to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount
- Inputting orders into the ERP System
- Order Management
- Being a main support to the Sales Team by processing all requests in a time-efficient manner and able to liaise between various departments successfully
- Managing complaints in a timely, professional manner with communication to the customer being key
- As a team you will answer all incoming customer service calls

The role is varied, interesting, challenging and comes with the responsibility you would expect when dealing directly with our customers. Having a background in a busy sales office would be an advantage.
