**THE PURPOSE OF HR ADMINISTRATOR**

In your role as HR Administrator, you will play an integral role in the team, supporting both the People team and wider business administratively. This will include performing general HR admin tasks, diary management for the directors and carrying out health & safety duties.

When employed, your job title will be People Administrator. This is a hybrid role working in office 2 days per week.

You will be joining a friendly and inclusive People team who have a people first approach and a passion for offering the business an exceptional people/HR service service. This role would suit either an experienced People / HR Administrator who really enjoys supporting a busy team with a variety of duties, or an experienced PA who is looking to expand their responsibilities into People administration.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS HR ADMINISTRATOR**

New employee onboarding including issuing contracts, documents, DSE, references and raising IT tickets
Disciplinary admin; invite, minutes and outcome letter
Booking in learning & development activities for the business, such as coaching and pop-up mentoring
Following the PPC process
Diarising 1,2,3 monthly catch ups
Conducting exit interviews and providing constructive feedback
Diary management for the Directors
Booking travel and hotels for Directors
Overseeing meeting logistics including sending invites, booking lunches, and arranging travel
Taking minutes and actions at meetings when required
Processing expenses for MD and CEO, Invoices/PO process
Overseeing health & safety at Bevan House (First Aid, Fire Marshall, Manual handling training, H&S and Fire Audits plus any remedial works, defib and first-aid kit maintenance, Risk Reports for Board & Group Exec
Assist the Communications & Engagement specialist with events planning
Annual report co-ordination and proof reading
Booking to the portal and diarising holiday requests for Directors
People system maintenance
AD-hoc people team support

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE HR ADMINISTRATOR**

CIPD level 3 qualified desirable
Previous experience in a similar role, for example, as an HR Administrator or People Coordinator
Excellent Microsoft outlook skills, experienced in diary management
Experience of providing administrational support to a variety of managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
