The HR Assistant will provide administrative HR operational support for the Snap-on Tools, Snap-on Finance and Snap-on Industrial business units in Kettering

**Payroll**

They will manage the monthly payroll process and whilst no experience is necessary, those with some payroll experience are encouraged to apply.

**HR Admin**

They will conduct regular reporting on headcount, demographic data and sickness. In addition, they will administrate all on-line work-based training and will coordinate fleet administration.

In addition, they will monitor and manage the HR 'Inbox' in addition to all administration on our Human Resources Management System (ADP).

**We are looking for someone who**
- Is a graduate with at least 2 years previous experience in a HR environment, although other relevant work experience will be considered
- Has good IT skills (good excel experience, Pivot tables and VLookups) and ideally has a knowledge of HR information systems and will to learn how to use the system to report on critical HR data
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Is able to prioritise work, cope with competing deadlines and use initiative in a variety of situations
- Understands the need for confidentiality, tact and discretion combined with a calm personality and sound judgement
- Has an organised and methodical approach to administrative duties and is accurate and pays attention to detail
- Has the ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team
