- My client, a **Luxury Country House Boutique Hotel**, based in a Stunning Location on the **Shores of Lake Ullswater**, only a few miles from the **Busy Town of Penrith**, is looking for a **Talented** **Reception Manager **to join one of the best hospitality teams in the business
- As Reception Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all staff have the necessary training and guidance to consistently **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service For Guests**. This is a unique opportunity to really progress your management career with a recognised market leader in UK Luxury Hospitality
- The successful Reception Manager will be an individual with a **Pro-active Stance Towards Problem Solving**, who displays a **Positive Attitude** and **Calmness Under Pressure**. A Reception Manager here will be highly service driven, extremely customer focused with strong organisation, administrative and communication skills.
- Working 5 days out of 7 on a mixture of early and late shifts, a professional and welcoming manner is essential as you’ll be one of the faces of the property.
- You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure room rates are competitive and that the Hotel is maximising its revenue potential.
