You need to be prepared to work in a **fast-moving environment and have the energy** and drive to get the job done whilst delivering the **highest levels of customer service**. Of course, you’ll also need to be organised and have strong IT and admin skills.

The Role:

- You will be **connecting with Clients and Tenants over the phone**, building genuinely rewarding **relationships with them**:

- Carrying out **tenants credit references where applicable**:

- Sending **confirmation letters**:

- Arrange **Inventories and Check ins**

You will be:

- Highly organised
- Have a good telephone manner
- Be able to keep calm under pressure.
- **Preferably lettings experience**

Its Home-based role with **occasional travel to Keynsham
- Bristol**

**Work pattern: Monday to Friday 9:30-5pm**
