Position Summary
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Wellbeing Support Coordinator to become a vital part of our dedicated team, focused on enhancing the lives of older individuals living independently. This role is pivotal in fostering meaningful connections and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for our residents.
Compensation: Approximately £27.5k FTE
Employment Type: Full or Part-time options available, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week and a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.
Work Environment: On-site

We prioritize a person-centered approach, ensuring our residents receive dynamic and holistic assistance tailored to their needs. Our charity allocates substantial funds annually to support local initiatives, enhancing the well-being of the community.
With a commitment to growth and improvement, we are in the process of finalizing an ambitious strategy aimed at broadening our impact within the community, and the selected candidate will play a crucial role in realizing these objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Wellbeing Team Lead and Projects Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Empower residents to maintain their independence through a personalized and holistic approach.
- Engage with residents proactively, initiating conversations while respecting personal boundaries.
- Collaborate with external organizations to advocate for and support our residents.
- Design and implement community enrichment programs that foster internal relationships and connect with the broader community.
- Work alongside residents and their families to develop and review personalized Wellbeing Plans.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to meet the needs of the Wellbeing Team.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
· Background in health or social care, particularly with older adults.
· Familiarity with administrative processes.
Essential Skills:
· Strong teamwork capabilities.
· Ability to manage a diverse workload and work independently.
· Creative problem-solving skills.
· Excellent interpersonal abilities for engaging with various stakeholders.
· Capacity to build and sustain positive relationships.
