Call Centre Executive

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Centre Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
**Duties**:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance and support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
