**Duties**:

- Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell products or services to customers where appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyse customer needs to offer the best solutions
- Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment is desirable
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Experience in upselling products or services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,312.48 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
