Call Centre Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
**Experience**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience in upselling or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,317.77 per year
