Support Worker for Young People and Young Adults

Remote, United Kingdom Dynamic Youth Support Service Full time

We support young people leaving care. We are entrusted us provide support and guidance and offer a safe and welcoming home.

You will be mainly working in the evening into a sleep in shift. You will support young people achieve their placement goals, safeguard everyone, help to maintain the cleanliness of the home and be on hand in an emergency.

Are you:
A fast thinker, can follow instruction, have a talent, skill or interest that you can share with others. Are you capable in an emergency or unusual situation.

Do you have experience of working with vulnerable children and young adults. Do you have any training or qualifications recognised within the field. Are you willing to learn.

Pay: Hourly rate for day-time shifts and a sleep-in rate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus

We do not provide personal care and follow all government guidance through the different stages of lockdown.
