Youth Support Worker

Freedom Care is growing business that has been supporting local Childcare businesses for 20 years. We urgently require Youth Support Workers who can support a young person.


We require staff to cover the following shifts:36 hours across three 12 hour Night Shifts 8pm to 8am - The shifts will include every other weekend.

Contract will be reviewed every six months.

Full mileage 45p per mile and travel time £12.50 per hour paid from the moment you leave home.


The role is to work as part of a team, to support a young person who is living in their own accommodation, to keep the young person safe and build a positive relationship.

The role will be a minimum of 6 months contract to support the same young person.

"Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and post holders to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS will be required."
