We operate a hybrid model and the postholder will be expected to be based in one of our offices or clinical locations for a minimum of two days per week.

Brook is at the forefront of providing sexual health and wellbeing services to young people and those in the wider community; we support, education and empower our service users to make choices about their sexual health and wellbeing.

Our clinical and education services address the multiple, complex needs of young people and adults, and promote the importance of positive, healthy relationships.

We're looking for two new Head of Clinical Operations to join our clinical leadership team at an exciting time in our development as we embark on a programme of growth and change.

We are digitally transforming our provision and shaping innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our service users.

We amplify the voices of those most impacted by health inequality and are committed to changing attitudes, challenging stigma and championing equality.

You will be instrumental in making sure that we are in the best shape to realise our ambitions, strengthening our high-quality clinical services and building strong partnerships which increase our reach and impact.

Leading a talented and diverse team of local managers, you will facilitate best practice and innovation in our services through continuous improvement and development.

We're looking for a motivational and inspiring leader.

We are open to your professional background but you will need strong operational experience and be able to lead service delivery in a fast-moving environment.

With a confident understanding of issues relating to sexual health and wellbeing, you will be committed to outstanding clinical services which drive change for our service users.
