This role is responsible for supporting the development, design and delivery of clinical training courses within Specsavers across the UK and ROI. This role is critical in supporting the development of clinical competencies of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audiology Practitioners.

This role will incorporate direct supervision for the introductory training of all practices that a qualified clinician is expected to undertake (including manual REMs, impression taking, puretone audiometry, case history taking, otoscopy, video otoscopy, and fine-tuning adjustments) at practical workshops and delivery of training presentations as well as examining at the practical assessments.

You can be based anywhere in the UK but you must be able to travel when required.

**Your role**:

- Provide professional support and advice for all internal stakeholders JVP’s, HAD’s and HCA’s
- Support the Head of Clinical Training in the development and design of new clinical training courses for all qualification levels
- Support with the production and communication of clinical protocols and policies and the delivery of Professional Advancement conference and Monthly Virtual CPD sessions.
- Support the Brand Standards and Clinical engagement teams in the development of training tools team in the store audit process.

**What you’ll bring**:

- UK registered Audiologist with proven experience in practicing within a Retail environment
- The individual has experience of managing relationships at all levels of business and experience of supervision, management and teamwork
- The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The individual must work accurately and acquire an understanding of standards and educational requirements relating to the provision of accredited courses #JW-LI1
