The Technical Support Officer holds responsibility for working with our customers to help, support and guide them to compile all the relevant data to allow them to be successfully audited and satisfy all requirements based on their current work activities.

**What does this mean day to day**
- Deliver customer centric engagement to aid increased customer satisfaction and engagement in the accreditation process that in turn supports our member retention strategy
- Supporting our customers in helping them compile all the relevant information to allow them to go through our desk-based assessments of health and safety management systems and sustainability documentation
- Complete a pre-audit on a customer’s information to ensure a minimum standard has been demonstrated before passing across to the full audit.
- Educate our customers with health and safety and sustainability guidance so they understand the key improvement areas with the aim of getting them accredited
- Ensure accounts are kept up to date with correct information relating to the customer, by accurately recording and logging interactions and outcomes.
- Be able to work autonomously and responsibly with optional concessions to help improve the customer experience.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Excellent understanding of administration/customer service. Passionate about delivering high quality service.
- Dynamic, and able to tailor their approach to the customer or colleague at hand.
- Experience of succeeding within an inbound/outbound call centre in customer service environment.
