The opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Officer to join our team and help us provide a comprehensiveservice to Linc. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking risk assessments, identifying hazards, and developing practical solutions to ensure the health and safety of our staff and tenants.

What we need from you:

- Thorough working knowledge of current health and safety and asbestos legislation and guidance across various disciplines and specialities.
- Expertise in risk management in healthcare and construction environments
- Ability to use initiative to progress work activities and collaborate with other to provide a comprehensive risk management service
- Confident in liaising with external agencies to report incidents within specified time frames and facilitate investigations
