Customer Service Agent - Sleep Services
**Hours**:37.5-hour week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
**Location**:Manor Royal, Crawley
**Salary**:£22,372.35
Full training will be provided
**The role (in a nutshell)**
Handling Patient Calls as part of the sleep call centre. Administration of patient orders. General administration and data entry. Telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. The opportunity to quickly develop your skills and become experienced in this specialist field is available if you have ambitions to progress, which will lead to an increased annual salary once all requirements and competencies are met.
**Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility**:
- To deal with enquiries from patients in an empathetic and effective manner
- To contact patients, and provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance, escalating to relevant colleagues when required.
- Provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance E-Mail, telephone, letter and SMS
- Process prescriptions at the time of receipt accurately, ensuring the correct equipment is given to the patient
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently
- Maintain thorough and accurate records
- Working with the other teams within the business to ensure a smooth process for all orders, these team include clinics, warehousing, finance and operations.
**Education, Qualifications and expertise required**:
- Will require a Standard DBS as part of onboarding process
- 5 GCSE including English language and Maths or significant relevant work experience
