**Castlefield Recruitment** are delighted to be working with an **NHS Trust **based in **Central London** to offer an **Interim Employee Relations Advisor role**.

The post will support the Human Resources function in providing a full range of comprehensive and professional HR services.

The postholder will be responsible for delivering specialist and generalist support and advice on the full range of ER issues including NHS terms and conditions of employment, management of change and TUPE, retirement, maternity/parental leave, disciplinary,grievances and job evaluations.

The post is to **start immediately** on a **3-month interim basis **with the possibility of extension

**Between £24-30 per hour (Umbrella Rate, Inner-London HCAS inclusive)**

**Key responsibilities and experience includes;**
- To be responsible for the operational delivery of a range of ER services
- To advise and support managers in the undertaking of investigations including grievance, discipline and formal bullying and harassment cases in line with the trusts bullying and harassment resolution pathway
- To work autonomously, managing a wide variety of complex cases, including ET casework - delivering to agreed timescales
- Professional experience dealing with conflict resolution and employee relations at all levels
- CIPD Graduate - working towards or equivalent experience
