**Key Account Administrator - Roles and Responsibilities**

We have the exciting new opportunity within JMAC Hire and Sales for an Account Manager. Reporting to the Operations Director, the newly appointed employee will join our vibrant and friendly sales team within this fast-paced department.

Full training on our processes and procedures will be provided on the job, key duties of the post will be to assist with the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and following up quotations
- Assisting the Business Development Manager with planning activity
- Chasing aged debt
- Stock management including stock reconciliation and checking
- Liaising and building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Increase the awareness of the MAC Brand and MAC Product Range, promote its products to targeted markets
- Using the company CRM system to log, manage & track live enquiries. Ensure this is maintained & up to date at all times
- After sales support - suggest, implement & manage an effective after sales follow up process
- Working alongside the Operations Director / Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department on a daily basis, by completing all necessary administration tasks required
- Ad Hoc tasks to support the team - e.g. produce training certificates, scanning, expenses

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, demonstrably able to use a variety of communications styles, language, and media, appropriate to the team and to other stakeholders including regular sales communications.
- Experience of aged debt management
- Excellent planning skills together with strong prioritisation skills.
- Delivery focused - taking potential clients through the sales process /cycle
- Ability to work on own initiative, yet also strong team player
- Committed to working through problems to ensure they don’t impact objectives

**Hours**:Full time**:

- **Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 16:30 pm

**In return you will receive**:

- Salary range £25,000 to £30,000
- Holiday allowance 29 Days per Annum (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Company Pension (Nest)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
