Location: Unyte Energy Ltd, Room 12, Beaumont House, 74-76 Church Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1TW

Main Purpose of the Role:
The Administrator is responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative support within the office.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Serve as a Fulgent superuser, updating our in-house system with all installer records.
- Conduct audits of new onboarding documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, accreditations, and insurances are maintained for all installers in our portfolio.
- Manage electronic records using Fulgent, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
- Prepare and distribute weekly meeting agenda items, followed by minutes and actions.
- Maintain and update the Installer and Energy Company delivery boards on a weekly basis.
- Verify, prepare, and process weekly EST (Energy Saving Trust) requirements for all installers, ensuring proper charge recovery.
- Provide administrative validation support, including receipting and transferring installer submissions, creating Fulgent Job IDs, and uploading associated project and submission evidence to Fulgent.
- Assist with administrative banking tasks, such as exporting intelligent spreadsheets and associated files for submission to the allocated Energy Company.
- Prepare weekly installer invoice requests.
- Collate external communications that need to be distributed to our installers via the Bulletin.
- Ensure adherence to contractual timeframes.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to internal and external queries.
- Undertake general administration tasks as required.

**Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Attributes**:

- Knowledge of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, capable of quickly and accurately reviewing information.
- Flexible approach to work, adept at adapting to change and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective communicator, both in written and verbal communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Proven analytical and numeracy skills, able to compile and report data accurately.
- Team player, capable of working independently as well as collaborating with others.
